Giving Opportunities / Capital Improvements, The Skylark Fund
Sustainability
In 2017, Ambleside School of Fredericksburg acquired 10 beautiful acres on the edge of town, where a life-giving education could take full shape. While many donations were made to support the purchase and remodeling efforts of our campus, a portion of our purchase was funded through a loan. Ambleside spends $80,230 annually on debt service. A part of our path to sustainability is paying off this debt, and we are making it a priority.
Our current loan balance is $788,012.12.
There are several ways you can help us achieve our goal of debt elimination.
GIVING OPPORTUNITY #1
One-time gift of $788,000 to pay the loan in full.
GIVING OPPORTUNITY #2
Commitment of $13,025 per month (or, $156,300 annually) to pay off in 6.5 years—this removes the debt burden from us today and pays off the note in 6.5 years.
GIVING OPPORTUNITY #3
Commitment of $6,339 per month (or, $76,000 annually) to pay off in 6.5 years—this option maintains our current debt burden AND allows the note to be paid off in 6.5 years.
GIVING OPPORTUNITY #4
Making a one-time or recurring gift, of any amount, earmarked for Debt Elimination.
