Upcoming Events:

Wednesday, September 19th: High School Golf meeting. If your high school student is interested in playing golf, please plan to attend this meeting. We will begin at 3:45pm.

Friday, September 21st: Upper School Choir will perform patriotic selections at the POW ceremony at the VFW post at 11am.

Saturday, September 22nd: Cross Country meet in Fredericksburg.

Saturday, September 29th: Liturgical Dedication of Ambleside. Your family is invited to a prayerful dedication of the school on this date. There will be lite fare and fellowship at 9am, with the dedication to follow. (This is not yet a community event--- we will have a grand Open House in the spring when construction has finished!) An official invite from Mr. York will be coming soon!


Conditioning Clothes Order: 5th-High School students, please complete the conditioning clothes order form and turn in to the office by Friday the 21st. Form is attached if your student did not receive one at meet-the-teacher night.

5th-8th Grade Swimming Conditioning: Begins Tuesday September 18th and continues through Tuesday October 30th. (No swimming on October 11th) New this year-students will receive a membership to the Wellness Center for the months of September and October, so that they may come practice swimming at any time! Thank you HCMWC!

We also suggest downloading the FREE Google Sheets app. This will allow you to view and edit spreadsheets throughout the semester (Think Parent teacher conferences and volunteer opportunitites)

Medication Permission: If your student needs to take any medication they must bring it to the office along with a medication permission form. This is also applicable if you wish to give permission for over the counter items such as tylenol. No medication will be given to students without direct consent from a guardian.
